Don't Know what to say!

I saw this man while i was driving yesterday. He is using his knee to walk and his hands to cross the road. There's a lot of questions in my mind, one of them...where's the family? May be some of us think why we should bother to think about him, hmmm...i just don't know what to say guys!..pity of him! but I'm impressed with his spirit...
