Recently….our team went to one of the ‘house for problems teens’ (we named our team as ‘crew’, that was our director’s idea). Well…I used to name that as a house for teenagers; actually they are all girls, below 19. I was stunned when we reached there that morning, there are 21 girls that were waiting for us since 6am, well…. we supposed to be there before 8am but we have transportation problem then we reached there at 830am, I guessed. ‘wow!..cantik2 oh’, I heard that from one of the guys in the team, yeah! Most of them very pretty girls and young! All of them entered there because of the social problems and they have to be there in 2 or 3 years. In that ‘house’, they are learning how to cook, typing, sewing and some of them also still studying for SPM. I have talked to one of the girls, she said she wants to be a designer one day and she realized that she still has the chance to be the success person. ‘This is only the beginning of life and I know I still have the chance to be the success one, one day. I never feel regret for what had happened to me but I learn from the lesson. And I want to change…’well… the girl told me and shared all her experiences. Who’s fault? The parents, teachers, society or may be the teenagers? So, what do you think guys? Tell me or tell them….And, thanks to Mr. Stanley who gave the motivation talk that day, God bless you and we really appreciate it. Some of the activities that day were ‘miss cholesterols’ and some games.

Beating Tiredness!
Well...I found this when I was trying to find something that can make me 'fresh'..
Published by BUPA's Health Information Team
May 2004
At any given time, 1 in 10 people are suffering from persistent tiredness, with women more likely to be affected than men. Severe tiredness is a common reason for people visiting their GP.
With our stressful, busy lives, most people experience tiredness sometimes. Following some rest and relaxation and a good night's sleep, tiredness generally disappears, leaving us refreshed and ready to face our usual activities. For some people, however, tiredness becomes a chronic problem which severely affects their quality of life and their day-to-day functioning.
Causes of tiredness
There are many possible reasons for chronic tiredness. Usually, tiredness is due to a combination of causes. Tiredness can have physical triggers, such as a recent illness, pregnancy or breastfeeding. It can also be triggered by stressful situations, for example a recent bereavement, moving house, family or work problems.
As well as well-defined triggers, there are many factors that can increase your tiredness, or stop you from regaining your energy when you are tired and run down.
Physical causes
Being tired can lead you to avoid physical activity. However, as you become more unfit, you will be even more tired when you try to do something. When you are chronically tired, this can become a vicious circle.
Being too fat or too thin can cause tiredness. If you are overweight, your body has to work harder than normal to do everyday activities. If you are very underweight, you have less muscle strength and may tire more quickly.
Many types of illness can leave you feeling very tired, especially anaemia, an underactive thyroid and heart failure.
Sleep problems such as insomnia and sleep apnoea (abnormal breathing while asleep) can also stop you getting a good night's sleep, while pregnancy is another common reason for severe tiredness.
Emotional causes
Stress and worry are tiring emotions. Facing a stressful situation can be draining, especially when you cannot see a solution to your problems. Feeling that you have no control over a situation may lead to frustration, irritability and tiredness.
Mental health problems such as depression or anxiety can make you feel more tired and can prevent you from sleeping properly.
Lifestyle causes
People with unusual or disturbed sleep patterns such as shift workers, nurses, doctors and nursing mothers can find it difficult to get refreshing sleep.
Looking after small children is a particularly draining activity, especially if children do not sleep through the night.
Sleeping in the day can prevent you from sleeping at night. Drinking too many caffeinated or alcoholic drinks can also make it difficult to get a good nights sleep, especially if you drink them close to bedtime.

Troy
Troy Versus Helen Of Troy
We did watched both Troy and Helen of Troy. Two very different sides of the same story. Troy (the Brad Pitt one) is more centred around Achilles (no surprise, thats Pitt) and his "doom", where as Helen of Troy (the TV movie) is very much centred around Helen, and how she is also doomed from birth - Achilles is basically a thug. Both are worth a look.

If I have a chance to be something else
We have been asked the question like this.....
If you are given a chance to become something
Then this is my answer... If I have the chance to be something else, I want to be a flower. Any kind of flower created by God. People like flowers because it is romantic, they can be an inspiration or just simply put a smile in someone's face. Such a wonderful feeling everytime we see them... make us happy... Anyone who receives flowers will feel that they are appreciated especially if it is from someone who they love the most. Flowers will make people feels like on Cloud Nine and be more passionate.
I want to be a flower because it allows me to hear the feeling expression from people... revealing about their beauty and attractiveness. It can also create an awareness to care for the environment and value it. It is a magnificent feeling everytime I saw people receives flowers.
And what else?... Flowers can also makes people be more loving and caring. Most people choose flowers to be the first choice to give out in any occasions. They choose flowers to appreciate their mothers on Mother's Day, to show their love to their lover on Valentine's Day or any other special occasions. I will be so grateful if I can also see the happiness in every woman who gets flowers and share their feelings with each other - who are really in love. Such a joyful feeling to make people happy and cheerful when seeing their smiles... So, guys... What about you? What do you want to be? A millionaire?
